Literally every time I come here they get something in my order wrong. Sometimes it's something as simple as putting the wrong cheese on my sandwich, sometimes it's putting real meat on it instead of the beyond that I asked for, other times it's forgetting something in my order altogether.

The WORST phone etiquette, let the phone ring and ring then they take the phone off the hook so when you call again it’s busy.

HONOR THE PRICES YOU HAVE POSTED! What a joke! I ordered a pre packed quart and a fresh packed quart, the price on the menu board was $4.99 and $5.99 respectively. I got my ice cream and told the price was $14.28. When I received my receipt, I was charged $5.99 and $6.99. I asked the cashier, she said it was tax. I pointed out the price on the wall and what was charged on my receipt. She told me they had raised their prices, but yet they didn't update their board. I told her I wanted my $2 back, she had to call the manager. She came back and said she could not refund what I was overcharged. They refunded the whole amount and had to throw it out.

Been here before but today sucked. Waited in line for 12 minutes. Was told twice someone would be with me. No one came to take my order. Also, no changing tables.
