Bill Miller B-q - Lytle

Absolutely the worst bill millers I've been there before, and I wanted to give up a few. first my order was wrong. second, my eating was cold. Thirdly, they had no utensils. fourth, there were no serviettes. fifth they were short-occupied, with only one person who took orders, filled drinks and gave customers refilling. bill millers, you're better than that!

Fast food BBQ when you need a brisket/sausage fix. Really good sides to go along. Their fried chicken is a winner.

Had issues at the Drive thru taking my order. The mic was making popping noise and when I got to the window they didn't have any of my order right. The young lady at the window taking the money had an aditute and shouldn't be taking orders acting like it was my fault the order wasn't taken right.

Service was great,,,,but food was okay... I mean I would not drive out of my way to get it, just wasn't up to par with other Texas BBQ I had, and no BBQ baked potatoes, the fried chicken looked amazing I wish I would have got that instead, but I go to BBQ places to eat BBQ, wasn't for me that's my opinion

Extremely disappointed in the service. They apparently didn't see our ticket so we waited over 20 and we were the only ones in there. But while we waited we watched the workers stand around and talk, run around and have a good time like it was a hangout sess. I ended up asking for a manager and the first one ignored me and walked past me. I will say the other manager did amazing handling the issue and did comp us our entire meal. I'm only rating it a 1 because there have been ongoing issues with this specific location for awhile now.
