Customer service and food quality has declined. I just purchased a meal and the meat had zero seasoning and this should definitively not be the case based on the price that I paid. The customer service is also LACKING. I have received nothing but poor service (ie: long wait times, no greetings, not coming to the front when customers enter etc. in all of my recent visits, again which should not be the case based on the prices. The food was really good. I regret not asking for gravy but the rice was delicious without it. My daughter had gravy and she let me know how good it was. Food: 5 Service: 5

The jerk chicken is the best I've had. And i tried the sorrel drink i really liked it.
