Pizza Hut - MacArthur

I would give zero stars if I could. Every time I order from this Pizza Hut, my order gets lost. I end up waiting 2 to 3 hours to cancel an order that’s only supposed to take 30 minutes. Every single person that works at this Pizza Hut is completely ignorant and rude. I had to call three times within two hours checking on my pizza to be told It was on the way until the last call when I was told they lost my order and can’t deliver it to my address. I placed my order on the phone through the store so there is no excuses.

The place looked clean. This is not a fine in restaurant.

My pizza looked like it was burnt and a day old. But I tasted it anyway. It was actually a very good tasting pizza. So I kept it and did not complain. But as you see 3 stars is all I can give considering it was expensive the options for tips were high and I don't live 5 miles away and have to wait an hour or more.

I orderd my food at 6:30 pm and didn't receive my food till 10:pm and when I got it it was cold so I made them remake it

I have had a few issues at this Pizza Hut, but you can count on them making it right!! They have good food and they always have our pickup orders ready fast! Thankful for this buisness being close and the workers who take pride in their service to the community! Like this review if you think it’s helpful!
