Pizza Hut - Machesney Park

Did a really good job on our pizzas. They messed up one of our pizzas, by not putting enough pepperoni on it, and remade it for us. And then gave us the one that they had messed up. They were all really good. Great Pizza Hut!

Went to get a promotion and was told they could not redeem all that I had by the manager, this is the second time , but the first time I had the same thing and got all of them. They did not care or try to work with me just said no.

Normally it's good stuff. Last night however you could really tell that the few workers there didn't want to be there and the cheese was pretty much non-existent on our pizza.

This Pizza Hut has the best customer service. Not only do they have great pizza, but they also have the best French fries and chicken wings in Rockford

Beware! I ate a pizza from here Sunday and I've had food poisoning ever since. I had a sausage and mushroom pizza. God help anyone else going through this illness due to this restaurant.
