Mason is a customer service! I had a very small wait for my online pickup order and mason not only recognized, but offered a water cup. he worked very hard. he called ticket times and seemed to be well organized. I am very impressed by his professionalism.

Overpriced!! Burgers are decent. Grilled cheeses are not edible(per the kids). The fries were amazing but we asked for extra crispy

Bacon cheeseburger had a piece of speck broken in half to look like 2 strips, speck was also burned. very stingy on toppings, lettuce and pickles. would never pay over $12 for this burger again. also got a big ff that was soggy oily, it was as if she dint cook them long enough only grouse. my son got a cheeseburger and milkshake he liked. my other son got a grilled cheese and liked him but is 2 years old, so eat everything and everything. the sum of $45 for 3 of us was not terrible if the food had been good, but the quality of the ff was not there today, and the cheeseburger was at best sub par. I like 5 young, but I will not return to this place soon.

Five Guys is pricey for what it offers, but it's also quite tasty. This location is well-maintained and efficient, so I never have to wait long. Just be sure you enjoy burgers and fries!

Over priced! $25 for 2 burgers, reg. Fries and reg. Drink. Processed cheese and canned mushrooms?? Nothing gold about their burgers. Would have been cheaper at a local restaurant. Went up $3.00 on a burger? Fries taste like oil. Nothing was tasty. Only thing I really enjoyed was my coke. Very disappointing. Won't be back to any 5 Guys anywhere.
