Very cute, quaint place. I went for my birthday on a Wednesday evening so it wasn't too crowded. I had the Mahi Mahi which was excellent.Food: 5/5
Enjoyed the food had the grouper with lemon butter and capers, mashed potatoes, and broccolini. No complaints there, however a friend ordered mac and cheese, only to be told that the kitchen miscounted and they were now sold out. Disappointing, and while he did apologize, there was no effort by our server to make up for the miscommunication in any way.We had a reservation and upon our on time arrival, we were told that there was a party sitting at the table at which we would be sat. We were directed to sit and wait at the front of the restaurant for another 25 minutes before being seated, just before we were about to walk out and head elsewhere. In the meantime, we were offered bread that was dry and cold and was hardly something to be excited about.Overall, this restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the good was tasty, however the repeated inconveniences detracted from our experience.
An independent restaurant and great. The lamb chops were out of this world with great glaze, asparagus was firm and sweet potato fries excellent.Didn’t care for the seared tuna and coffee is from two centuries ago- weak.Desert sea salt caramel cake excellent.Overall give for food and staff 5 stars
Food is excellent! I ate the Cobb salad. It was filling and delicious. The sever was swamped as it gets very crowded during lunch, so be patient. Absolutely a must if you're dining in Macon.Food: 5/5
