Godfather's Pizza Express - Macon

The pizza here is the best around! It's wonderfully cheesy and has a great quality. I experienced a small hiccup when my order was dropped by the staff, but they were very apologetic and kindly offered me an extra small item to make up for it. The customer service was excellent! It's just unfortunate that the pizza didn't make it to me for me to enjoy.

I mentioned that the other staff members were unhelpful, and she rolled her eyes and pulled out a notebook. Then, with a dismissive gesture, she asked what I wanted to order while continuing to roll her eyes. It was incredibly disrespectful. I tried to ignore her attitude and simply wanted to place my order. For the first time, she spoke up and said, "What?" It was just ridiculous. Despite her obvious disdain, I went ahead and told her that I wanted a large pizza. She responded with a sarcastic tone, as if my order was wasting her time. I vow never to return to this restaurant again, and I've seen that others have had similar negative experiences. How can a restaurant allow its employees to behave this way?

I wanted to order 12 children's wings, but they only had six available. I asked if they could make more, but I wasn't informed until the six wings were sold. I've never encountered this issue before. I decided not to wait for them to cook more since they didn't seem prepared to do so and just kept chatting.

Do not use their website to make an order. It’s pretty much like it never happened. Not the employees fault. Management needs to either stop all website transactions or make it so the workers can complete the orders.

I love this pizza wish they had more restaurants in Georgia so I wouldn't have to drive so far
