The Back Burner. - Macon

Outstanding meal, excellent service. Although this small restaurant is hidden away, it should be dismissed. The meal was prepared without undue delay and served with a smile. The presentation was very nice. I would not hesitate to recommend Back Burner to any one seeking fine dining with a distinctive French flavor.

Wow! What a great find! We were passing through Macon and found this place on lobster night. It was FABULOUS!!! Although, we probably should have split a dinner as the lobsters were about 4 pounds, but so delicious we ate almost all of it. The avocado salad was fantastic! The lobster cooked perfectly, and the biggest claws I’ve ever seen. We will be finding a reason to return!
