Wendy's - Macon

Great as always, my only complain is that I order a hamburger/single with ketchup and from any reason, I always get at the end of a cheeseburger. somewhere on the way, the life took a turn from the days as if they wanted a cheeseburger, they would say it would cost .15 more! gott created the hamburger first then came the added cheese. I really hate to check my order and paint more than I admit. must return it and ask for my beloved hamburger. but it's not just whondys. that happens everywhere. I still love my wendys burger. Who is it?

9 o'clock drive thru left the half of our order and told us we had to go back to the line to order again. that should summarize the performance level that is expected.

The service is slow and eating is not fresh! cold frits with watered cheese and shredded cheese that do not melt. the speck is good, but the food service is low at any time!

The man was so kind when I ordered the trip. When I went into the window to pay me out of the condition, I didn't know that there was control on eating, so I gave them only $5 out of a biggie bag and put the 35 I owed him out of his own pocket. When I looked at the acknowledgement, I said I didn't give them enough money and he said that it's okay, I'll put it out of my pocket, but I still gave him the money he was very nice.

Won’t be back. Reviews 4 years ago same as today. Waited 20 min in front of cashier to give order. No acknowledgment of customers. 3 people in front of me came back to get orders corrected. Were going to eat in but ac cranked up so high, customers wearing coats and sweaters .Finally, management prepared my order so it was 25min to complete order. We ate in our car. A whole line of 12 people left after 10 min of watching our experience! This was at Eisenhower Pkwy Wendy’s
