Despite restrictions limiting our usual dumpling options, we knew Chef's Gallery would provide quality dumplings and more to fulfil our needs.
Love the battered prawns and the wasabi sauce with it! Was one of my favourite dish from them. A lot of the meals on the menu appear very appetising, and for my next visit, I def want to give them a try! The noodles were great as well :
My dish was the spinach noodles with the pork. It was tasty. The mango pancake was good! My fav so far. The tom yum fried rice was ok. A bit salty for my liking. You probably need to eat it on the side. The sweet and sour pork was crunchy and very sweet. Need something savoury to go with it. Green tea ice cream was tasty. A bit on the expensive side but very well presented and tasty.
Must try:<br/ 3 egg (chicken, salted duck and century) fried rice<br/ “3 cup” chicken goes well with plain white rice to soak up all the sauce.<br/ Salt pepper salted egg tofu yummy. Mix the deep fried shallots, spring onion and chopped chilli into your carbs to up your flavour game.<br/ Cumin lamb wrapped in rotti cumin lamb, goes well deconstructed taco hipster (once you try it you’ll like it you still question the logic but you know it works).<br/ <br/ So so:<br/ Pan fried pork dumplings lots of vinegar, said my taste buds.<br/ <br/ Why not 5 ? Price rather steep, but good service all round. Arrive early so avoid the crowds on weekends. We find there are jokers who take number from both them and their neighbour then goes into the first one who calls. Grrr...
What not to love about a Chinese restaurant. Their menu has so many options that always make it difficult for us to decide, but nevertheless, their food is always great.
