Wish it was open later. Was here after 2pm on a -5 degree day waiting for the completion of a surgery. Parked in parking ramp and too cold to walk anywhere.

My drink was fine, but the barista was extremely rude. She also threw my card on the table after swiping it, which caught me off guard. I’m sorry if you’re having a bad day, but I was very nice despite the barista’s attitude.

I had an amazing experience with the staff at Meriter. I delivered my baby boy there last week and we spent five days in the nicu. So many of the nurses there made such a huge impact on my family and myself. My baby was so well taken care of and the emotional support from every nurse who took care of me was amazing. They made delivering a baby in the middle of this chaos a little less scary and for that I am so thankful!

I was very grateful for the NICU staff a couple of years ago. However, recent experience in surgery has shown me that staff doesn't listen to the patient and bedside manner is neglected along with common sense.

I was born here and so was all 4 of my children. I hemorrhaged after having my 3rd the doctors were excellent with reacting fast to solve my problem so that I didn't need a blood transfusion. Although it was painful it was worth it I would like to Thank meriter staff for making sure that I'd be here to raise my kids.
