Kfc - Madison

Typically, the staff and food are decent, but I've recently noticed a decline in service quality. The restaurant has become nearly empty, with the exception of one employee who was sitting at a table and told me they only provide takeout. If that’s true, they should clearly communicate that at the entrance and lock the doors. It just doesn’t make sense.

Simply rude, without obvious care for the customer. replied to reimbursing my money when they ran out of softdrinks, and did not inform me before I ordered them to be out. what kind of place is that?

This is the best KFC I've ever had! Even at 8:30 PM, the food was moist, fresh, and hot. The staff was incredibly friendly as well. Excellent experience! Food rating: 5/5.

It was 9:40 and they said to me when I immediately went up

KFC is the chicken shop all others try to live up to. The highest quality ingredients make it the best. Original recipe is my favorite style chicken.The Cole slaw, mashed potatoes, and other sides are excellent. The staff are friendly and it is always clean if you want to sit down and enjoy your food.Parking: There is plenty of parking.
