Logan's Roadhouse - Madison

First time into a Logan's Roadhouse. Nice experience. Great food!Parking: Level parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Staff appeared to be good with the kids.

Worst experience i have ever hadThey had nothing that i tried to order .Would not even mak salad .Did not bring everything we ordered .And had people at the bar serving them alcohol but did not want to fix anything for usRolls sucked and the butter was awful . Food was not good either .

Got a 16oz. Ribeye that was so tender it could be cut with a butter knife. It was the perfect juiciest piece of steak I've had while eating out.

Service was great from server. She was polite and attentive. Food service was slow. Kids meal came out about 20 minutes after everyone else's. Ribeye was ok, not good. About half was not edible due to gristle and fat and had very little flavor. Other meals were pretty good.

Server only checked on us twice. She told us she was the best server they had but that may not be true. We were the only patrons in there at the time of day we went and we waited almost 40 minutes for our food. The rolls tasted like they were warmed up from a batch that was made the day before. The drinks were not good either. However, my entree and my husband's entree was very good. We were visiting from out of town but will probably not return when we come back in a few months.
