This is the only cigar bar in the downtown area. While cigarette smoking is not allowed, you can enjoy cigars or pipes. They offer a decent range of cigars on their menu, but there is no food available, although there are restaurants nearby. It tends to get busy on weekends, but otherwise, it's usually not too crowded. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and I always enjoy my visits here. Price per person: $20–30. Service: 5. Atmosphere: 5.
