Pizza Hut - Madison

I asked if they could send the delivery back out to me. She put me on hold, and when a man picked up, he informed me it would be an additional 25-30 minutes. I accepted this and asked if my food would be fresh when it arrived. He yelled at me, saying my food was sitting in a warmer and that I could come pick it up myself. I was so frustrated that I just hung up the phone. This was incredibly unprofessional, and I'm very disappointed in how this situation was handled.

This restaurant is a disappointment. The management is lacking, and the staff is surprisingly rude. The salad bar appeared to have food that had been sitting out for days, and it clearly wasn't replenished. When I asked for some cheese, I was informed they didn't have any. We wanted deep dish pizza, but were told they were out of that too! Unbelievable... I definitely won't be returning.

I will NEVER order pizza from this location again! I placed an order for the Valentine's heart-shaped pizza with wings, but when my food arrived, it was cold. I called the store and spoke with a manager named Rick, who was very rude. He told me that in order to get a replacement, I would have to return the food, and he could either remake my order or offer me 50% off my next purchase. I spent $40 on a cold, dry pizza and greasy, cold wings. If I'm politely asking for my order to be fixed, it shouldn't be that complicated! Rick needs to learn how to be a respectful manager and not only how to communicate with customers but also how to take responsibility. They won’t be getting my business again!

Pizza Hut in general has really gone down hill over the years. Their pizza used to be decent quality, a step above the normal fast food pizza. These days there is nothing special about it over your other fast food pizza choices. The food isn't bad, it's taste fine, but compared to the Pizza Hut of old it might as well be a different restaurant. This particular location does everything fine and well as to normal Pizza Hut standards.

Very poor customer service! I have ordered several times from this store as you can see on my profile, they deliver and always call me because this is a business, this time I have my order at 11:17 I received a text message at 11:32am saying my order is for delivery. I called to check my order at 11:55 and the lady said she called a separate line, how if I got an SMS about my order?? I asked if she could bring it back here she could see me in the handle, a man came on the phone and said that it will be an additional 25-30 minutes, I said ok and asked him if my food will be fresh and he screamed and said that my food is in a warmer and I can get it myself I said don't worry, it's on the phone. That was not professional at all, very disappointed at how this was handled.
