Red Lobster - Madison

I had a fantastic experience with excellent service and delicious food. It's important for everyone to remember that many establishments are short-staffed and doing their utmost. During my recent visit, I observed this firsthand, and the server truly went above and beyond. He greeted every customer with a smile, regardless of their attitude.

We hosted a group of around 20 people, and the restaurant did an excellent job with the food. I'm very grateful for that. Thank you, Brandy!

The food took longer to arrive than anticipated, likely due to a staff shortage. However, I really appreciated our waiter; he was extremely helpful!

Randy is our server and he’s friendly and knowledgeable. I had the Walt’s famous shrimp plate. My husband got the endless shrimp. don’t know where he puts it? pretty good . Hot, fresh and tasty. He tried the coconut, Walt’s, parmesan bacon scampi shrimp and scampi shrimp. Whooowe! Well it’s worth every cent and I’m stuffed and it’s not even Thanksgiving. Lol!

My salmon was over cooked and hard. It was like jerky. They didn't cut the baked potato or give you anything to put in it. The mashed potatoes had brown stuff in it like they scraped the bottom of the pan. I expected better from red lobster. It was a terrible experience and not worth the money or the time. I ended up throwing it away. It just was not edible.
