Sam's Club - Madison

Many terrible pickup experiences at Madison, MS. They will not bring out your order when you check in and won’t answer phone. To top it off they charged my card for the order that I never received. They will not answer phone and corporate won’t help. They say you have to call the store that won’t answer. I’ve been a member since 1986. I’m done. Hello Costco. I’m glad there is another game in town. Sam Walton would be mortified.

Different variety of items that other Sam's clubs we go to doesn't have. I guess that should be expected. I didn't see the 50 CT. Boxes of chips though, I didn't know if they were out or they didn't sell them at that Sam's club. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Canceled membership got a refund after 30 days. Too much like Walmart…long lines in store gas station. Gas pumps always broken! Going to join Costco again because you get what you pay for. I can be dissatisfied at Walmart without a membership.

Thanks! The items I got were what I wanted. Some items you didn’t have like Vit c with rose hips or coq-10 or senna laxatives. I would have bought them if you had had them. Thanks again for what you did have the prices were right!

I extremely love Sam's Club all the time where my mom has been there long enough. I went there in June of 2017 and I love they have everything we want like buying a pack of garbage bags, paper towels and plates, hand sanitizer, and soap. I also love the people who working here every year and keeping up with the hard work and then I always treated them nicely. I like the diner where they're also getting pizza and hot dogs but I went in there. I hope this company keeping up here forever without bankruptcy.
