Subway - Madison

I would give this place a zero star rating if I could. I've never been treated more purely than we were at this location. Subway is out Go-To roadtrip food. It started off with the employee making a snide comment that my wife wanted a veggie sub. We let that slide in an effort to keep the peace. Then, when I asked to put my dressings on top of the meat (to hold them in better IMO) they refused. She said that they put it on in the end to avoid getting any dressings on their hands. This really set me off. Never have I ever had an employee of Subway tell me how to build my own sandwich. She concluded by asking me if I wanted my dressing on the top. I refused, stating that if dressing is put on now, it will get on me. What a joke! I had such a terrible experience, I will never shop here again. On the bright side, there is plenty of free parking, which is a plus.

The food and customer service were absolutely top-notch, earning a perfect 10/10. This man definitely deserves a raise! Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
