Írjon visszajelzéstI absolutely love this Taco Bell, and I'm so glad it's the closest one to me! For the ratings: service - 10, food - 9, cleanliness - 10, speed - 10, value - 10, giving it an overall score of 9.9. The highlight is definitely the staff; Mr. Dave and Arike always manage to put a smile on my face. I can't remember the name of the manager, but we definitely need to clone someone like them! These employees seem genuinely happy to work under such great management, and it really reflects in their service and performance. I can’t name everyone, but I always look forward to my visits to this Taco Bell. Not all Taco Bells are the same, but this one stands out as something special!
However, I’m frustrated by the coffee situation. The coffee machine is downstairs, and I’ve reached a point where every time I place an order, they simply tell me, “We don’t have coffee,” just as I’m about to receive my food. I barely have time to park for a moment before they bring out my order. On top of that, my manager mentioned that the staff can be rude—this place definitely needs some improvements.
Today, I pulled in after my workout to grab a breakfast burrito, knowing I shouldn't try again. I thought maybe things have improved—but they clearly haven't. I waited at the drive-thru speaker for three minutes before saying, "Hello?" Finally, someone informed me that their system was down and would take 10 to 15 minutes to reboot. There was no one behind me in line, and I had nowhere else to be, so I decided to wait. A minute later, I was told I would need to come back in 15 minutes because the system wouldn’t register my order. Frustrated, I canceled my order and went to McDonald’s instead. This Taco Bell has been a real disappointment with its consistently poor customer service. The issues seem to go beyond just the behavior of the employees or managers and may reflect a deeper problem with ownership. If this location is a franchise, I hope Taco Bell corporate looks into their relationship with the owner.
I really wanted to give a lower rating because the drive thru is SO slow. But the more I thought about it, the more I couldn't and here's why. The guy taking my order (6/28) was friendly and professional (that's not always my experience here). And the time from ordering to recieving my (admittedly small and simple order for just myself and my roommate) was actually very quick. And the 3 ppl I could see inside were all moving with a sense of purpose (not what I expected given how long I waited in line). I'm guessing that with all the new restaurants in the Clift Farms area, they just can't find enough workers. And after 9pm (when I tend to visit), there aren't a lot of places open (which is why I'm there too) so they get slammed. Never had any problems with the food, but for real, they need to fix their receipt printer. It's been down for a LONG time.
Ok taco bell on hwy 72..... it's time to get it together.#1) I ordered a steak quesadilla, when I got it, it had a tiny bit of meat on and only on 1 side. And they didnt cut it up. It was basically a taco on a large flour shell with a tiny bit of meat#2) the shutdown has been over for a while so please open up the dining area so we can come in and order instead of wasting gas in a 2 mile long line for a meatless taco on a burrito shellYou guys have to get it together. This is past ridiculousness
