Arby's - Madisonville

The food was great except for the fries. They weren't fresh. Overall, it was a good experience, though.

The food was hot and tasty. Bathrooms were clean and the staff friendly. I appreciate the good service.

The lady at the window is not friendly at all. I enjoyed the food and maybe, she was having a bad day.

We ordered the $9.99 bag for 2. It came with 2 roast beef sandwiches, 2 hairdresses and 2 drinks. Price was great, n the food was good.

It's Arby's you really don't get a bad meal from them. My biggest complaint is when you say you're bringing the heat, I at least expect a bead or two of sweat. But the diablo sandwich isn't spicy, I mean if you don't regularly eat spicy food maybe you would think that it is, but any person that regularly enjoy hotter foods expect to be a bit disappointed.
