Rally's Hamburgers - Madisonville

The restaurant was not clean, and I noticed that all the staff were on their phones while handling my food. One worker was wearing gloves, but he still picked up his phone and didn't change his gloves afterward, which completely undermines the purpose of wearing them.

I absolutely love the Texas BBQ float—chicken, fries, and cheese sauce served with BBQ sauce and sliced jalapeños. I really hope this becomes a permanent menu item and is not just a seasonal offering!

Lunchtime and only 1 drive through window open. Waited over 30 mins in line and when got to window, only 2 employees working. Not acceptable

Can you believe I have lived down south for over 12yrs and never ate at this place? Well, 1st time trying it after a long day of soccer and a 2 hour ride home and I was not disappointed. The lady running the restaurant was VERY NICE and super courteous!!She is a wonderful person, even though she yelled at me for not telling her I was military!!! Lmao, she truelly is awesome. Ifyou're in a rush and need something on the go then I would recommend it.

Overall, it seems the quality has declined a bit lately. On the bright side, my food is usually ready quickly—most times within 10 minutes. The longest I've waited in line this year was about 20 minutes, which hasn’t been too bad. My orders have always been correct, hot, and fresh, so I really don't like to complain. The staff is generally nice and gets the job done efficiently. I like to keep my opinions updated, so I hope this insight is helpful for anyone considering a visit.
