Sonic Drive-in - Magee

This sonic takes at least 30 minutes every time Food: 3 Service: 1

Very very slow. Our order was messed up and had to be fixed twice. It was good so I am giving them 4 stars. Service: Take out

We decided to go to sonic tonight. The lights were dim, but we still went because it usually closes about 12am. We pulled up and pushed the button to order and no one answered or replied that they were closed or anything else. There were a crowd of young people, who was parked on the other side talking and parked crazy. One worker exited the inside and looked at us and the other car, who was waiting, too. This is terrible business. No service, no response. We left and don't think that we will ever return to this Sonic, in Magee.

I arrived at 10:30 and pressed the button to enter, but no one answered. After waiting until 10:48, I walked up to the door, and the woman inside rudely told me, "We’re closed." I pointed out that the sign said they closed at 11, but she repeated, "We’re closed." If the company isn’t going to require employees to work until closing time, they should update their hours to reflect that. At the very least, she could have come back on the intercom to let me know they didn't want to serve customers that night.
