My husband and I were out in a ride and poked out head into this quaint health store. I had a question about a supplement, which turned into a wonderful informative conversation. Kathy is knowledgeable, informed, and kind. She is opened minded and gave a lot of helpful suggestions about a variety of topics. She is easy to talk to extremely helpful.
