Pizza Boli's - Magnolia

The food is excellent! It tastes like it was made right in my own kitchen. The owners are wonderful, and I'm happy to support them. Even the delivery drivers are friendly. I will definitely be returning!

What a great meal that was!!!! 12/11/20I placed a last minute order with this restaurant about 25 minutes before closing, and I ordered 2 cheesesteaks and also decided to try their freshly made panzerotti as well, so I ordered 3 for myself and family. We were so pleased with the taste of the panzerottis! They were DELICIOUS and so were the cheesesteaks. I was so impressed by the deliciousness that I had to leave feedback. I highly recommend that you try their freshly made panzerottis and cheesesteaks! Five stars! X 5!!!

I've always enjoyed ordering pizza from Scottos, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The first time, the cheese was all piled to one side, but I didn't complain. The second time, my sides were incorrect, and again, I let it slide. However, this time I received the wrong pizza altogether. When I called to address the issue, I was told that I had an outdated menu from a year ago. I explained that I frequently order from the menu I had, but when I asked to speak to the owner, she claimed to be the owner and then hung up on me. I was taken aback! I tried calling back, but she hung up on me again. I’ve decided I will no longer order from them. It's unfortunate because they've lost my business, and I will make sure to let others know how they treat their customers.

So slow , irritated, unprofessional employees. Especially the lady who takes the order over the phone. She is rude. She acts like she is giving the customers their food for free. No more food from here..

I called to express my dissatisfaction and mentioned that I didn’t want the salads. The woman on the line was quite rude and kept insisting that they have many customers. When I asked to speak with the manager, she put me on hold only to come back and say that no one was available. I was frustrated and told her I would be returning the salads for a refund. She continued to talk over me, and I informed her that I would be writing a review to warn others about how they treat customers. She asked for my phone number, mentioning that someone would call me back, but I reiterated that I was returning the salads. On top of that, I had a coupon, and the owner had told me over the phone that the total would be $31.60. However, when I arrived to pay, he unexpectedly said I owed him more money. I handed him $35, and when I asked what the exact total was, he replied it was "35 something." I then went to get his tip. Overall, I highly discourage ordering from this place!
