Whataburger - Magnolia

The place is the bomb. The staff is friendly and always smiling. They are professional and courteous. I absolutely love this location. My food is ALWAYS Fresh! I go here almost daily and the service is consistent

This location is VERY understaffed, especially late at night. Easily 30min wait at times. Barring some sort of extreme worker shortage, management needs to stop penny pinching and PUT MORE PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER! Anyway, the food (when it eventuallyarrives) is good. Staff is nice. But as stated, the higher ups have got to get their stuff together.

We waited 50 minutes in the drive-thru. While the customer service was excellent and the food was enjoyable, a nearly hour-long wait for fast food is simply outrageous.

The atmosphere was quite chaotic. It felt like the staff wasn’t working together as a team. The only positive note was the sweet girl who took our order; unfortunately, the rest of the team was rude and unfriendly.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service when a young woman took my order. She was very professional.
