Beamer's Coffee - Magog

This past Friday morning I stopped for the first time to grab a coffee. Was taken back by the poor customer service. The female employee was rude, unfriendly and felt like I was not valued as a customer. The coffee and muffin was very good; was impressed by the stores interior.

I like Beamers Coffee Bar...their 7th Street location. Great service and atmosphere...at their 7th Street location. Their Bow Valley Trail location, however, is a different story. I asked the staff for info regarding their coffee and they seemed unwilling and even annoyed to help. I witnessed one employee visibly aggravated that another customer would have the nerve to order a sandwich 10 minutes before closing. One employee told me to 'read the package ' when I asked for more info. I will not return to this location under any circumstance.

This is my favorite spot whenever I'm in Canmore. I haven't tried their other two locations, but I definitely plan to. I really enjoy their hazelnut vanilla coffee, and the bathrooms are always clean. I'm giving it four stars because the last few times I ordered the Nanaimo square, they tasted stale. It might be worth looking into the quality control on this. The first time it happened, I thought it was just a one-off, but it's occurred the last three times over the past two months. Other than that, everything is delicious!

We absolutely love coffee shops like this one! If we lived here, we would visit every day. During our two-night stay in Canmore, we came here every morning. The staff is friendly, the location is great, and the atmosphere is comfortable for enjoying your drinks.

One of our favorite places to grab coffee and snacks when we head out to the mountains. The staff is always friendly, the coffee is consistently fresh, and the treats are always delicious.
