The girl who answered remembered my order, but when I explained the mix-up, she didn’t even offer an apology. Instead, she simply asked if I wanted a replacement. I inquired whether I could return the incorrect order and receive my original one. When I arrived, they took back what turns out to be someone else's order. Throughout this process, there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience on my part—just a couple of staff members distracted by their phones. After finally receiving my correct order, I left feeling disappointed. It's easy for businesses to lose regular customers without sincere apologies or acknowledgement of mistakes. It felt uncomfortable to be the one returning to correct their error. With so many pizzerias in the area, my family will likely look for a new place to order from and recommend to others. Additionally, I can't understand why they would take back an order that had already been delivered to me.
