Clean Place and Nice Helpful Staff. Not a great place for anytime Trucker Parking an No Showers. It is what it is for the location it was built in . Fortunately for me I 'm in a 26.FT. Box Truck an was able to park in Auto Area with permission fromstaff . Good People ???? . Comfort Suites Hotel next door with limited Big Truck parking ????. Sometimes you get Lucky and thensometimes not . Be Safe Out There !

I always try to give places a fair chance, but this experience was particularly frustrating. When I tried to pay for my gas and obtain a receipt, the clerk was completely engrossed in his Nintendo Switch game, and it seemed like he wouldn’t help until after he finished playing. When I went to make coffee and asked if they had honey, the response from the other two staff members was simply “No.” Around 5 PM, a smaller white woman walked in, and based on her demeanor, I assumed she was the supervisor on shift. However, I quickly realized I was mistaken as she and one of the male employees spent their time bad-mouthing the supervisor who was coming in next. The absurdity peaked when she complained about the scheduling, saying, “I don’t know how he/she is leaving at 12 PM because I’m here from 4 AM to 12 PM, and I was here at 4 AM!” It was clear she was joking about it, which added to the unprofessional atmosphere. Having grown up in New York, I’ve encountered my share of rude and unpleasant people, but this trio managed to combine all those negative qualities into a truly off-putting experience, especially after I had just spent $100 there. I would recommend staying far away from this Pilot. I’m even considering having my boss use his credit line at another gas station instead. At least at Bolla, the staff is friendly, the food is fantastic, the ambiance is welcoming, and the place is clean with fresh food made daily. Not to mention, Bolla even has cheaper gas. Overall, this Pilot was such a disheartening place to visit.

This Pilot is quite small and does not have shower facilities. It’s a very limited truck stop. Thank you.

I stopped to get gas, but not a single bucket had water to clean my windshield. I also tried to refill my pilot cup, but both Pepsi fountains were empty, and the Coke was flat. If I had known this, I would have chosen a different place to stop.
