Asda Living - Maidstone

I visited the Asda cafe today, and it's been a couple of times since it reopened. The old staff were lovely, but the new manager is incredibly rude. He lacks basic customer service skills and was dismissive when I mentioned there was no water today. This is the second time he has been rude to me, and I will not be returning to the cafe again.

Had breakfast here today. It was a very nice sunny day but the crew at the cafe ruined it all. He was quite aggressive, very rude. Definitely not happy with his job. Never coming back here again

Ordered two jacket potato for me and my mum, when it arrived we had the smallest side salad I’ve ever seen. It was two pieces of shredded lettuce with a few piece of onion. If you wanted a proper side salad you had to pay and extra £1.50. Not to mention the potato was still a bit hard and tasted like boiled water. Absolutely appalling, never agian.

Visited this restaurant today and had a negative experience with a tall, blonde employee who was extremely rude. It was clear that he did not want to be working there. I asked for ice and he refused, simply handing me the bottle to drink from. He also said they did not have skimmed milk. Our food was hastily thrown into a paper box. Overall, the customer service was shocking. It would be better to hire someone who actually wants to work and appreciates their job.
