Fantastic Fried Grilled Chicken

I am very frustrated with the experience we had yesterday evening with ordering from Just Eat. We specifically requested no mayonnaise on the food due to an egg allergy, but the order arrived with mayonnaise. After calling to have the order replaced, we were told it would be done, but after waiting for over an hour, we called back only to be informed that because there were no instructions on the app (even though it says to call for dietary requirements), they would not replace the meal or provide a refund. This level of poor service is disappointing, especially since we enjoy the food from this restaurant. Unfortunately, we will not be returning or recommending this establishment in the future.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and always served piping hot. The only downside is that it is sometimes delivered later than promised. There have been a couple of instances where I had to call and inquire about the status of my order. Overall, the service is very good and the staff are polite.

The food is delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Amazing!

Nice food but messed up order and were reluctant to come back and fix the issue, they said can't they just eat what they have been given I replied no as We didn't pay for that or order that plus she doesn't even like it Wouldn't mind but they were so rude and reluctant to help, customer service is awful and they didn't even apologise!! Then I got told they would ring me back, again said eat what we was given again don't like it, not what we ordered so they said next time I order they will sort it then. So a member of our group goes without eating, is this a joke?! Apparently are on there way with it but highly doubt they will turn up.
