Aux Deux M - Maintenon

We come regularly to 2 M because its cuisine is always high quality, fine, tasty and varied. On the other hand, our last visit with friends left us with a bitter taste. The new waitress allowed herself to make unpleasant remarks on several occasions and rounded the bill up to the next few cents for everyone, claiming a cash register problem. Very disappointing and not very commercial when you already pay extra on certain dishes. Service: Dine in

Very well eaten, excellent blanquette of veal and rice but unfortunately cold reception, not very pleasant. Reservation made for 20 people for my father-in-law's funeral. We had 1h30 to eat before the crematorium, so reservation of a single dish for better management, (except 1 for lactose intolerance i.e. €3 extra for a piece of beef and 1 who really didn't like rice so 2 € for a mashed potato) We had even anticipated the kirs to arrange the service and order the desserts in advance as well as the coffees.. so this extra remains on our stomach. A nephew and a niece were criticized for standing aside without bothering anyone to prepare a speech for their grandpa... My question, why did we take our reservation? It’s a shame this behavior brings negatives when the blanquette is a killer...

The best in the region, and value for money that I haven't found anywhere else

Refined and delicious cuisine. Warm and chichi-free frame. Smiling server, small care and very good advice. Highly talented female leader and listen to her clients. A map of 5 menu proposals (for each category of dishes: entries, plates,desserts) renewed with quality products for a very affordable price for the excellent quality of the dishes. Excellent product quality, I really loved it! From entry to dessert, there is for all tastes, I am difficult with a little appetite, I ate everything and I enjoyed myself. Thanks to the chef who offers a new card every month, it is rare, it will allow me to come back voluntarily to taste his new dishes. I highly recommend people who like to eat good things.
