Maison Wako - Maisons-Alfort

Very pleasant and listening staff. Fresh and tasteful products. Excellent price. Lived in a large sushi chain in Alsace, we were very pleasantly surprised by this establishment. We chose the love menu and were absolutely not disappointed. This menu for two was copied and succulent. We don't actually have to say anything! Everything was perfect!

With my family we often deliver. The maki spring lawyer shrimp is excellent, idem for the shrimp tempuras but I find that rice is not at all high. Too pasty and not enough or too cooked. But it depends on the tastes my beloved sister. Salmon skewers are no more. My brother took the tuna maki, salmon, and cucumber and found them excellent. When in the salad it is good but too much sauce. And I add that it's too expensive compared to other Japanese.

The dishes are correct. But service can be better. The dishes were not served at the same time. We didn't get the bowls for the sauces. Not even the cool...

Classic, but delicious, Wako House sushi are my favorites. A convivial acceille and dynamic team, they do not ask for a supplement when you ask the chef to replace callifornia shrimp with something else like cheese/vocado. And in addition, they are generous in wasabi!
