I worked at Cookit for two months, and the food is made fresh with organic ingredients. The restaurant maintains a high standard of cleanliness, and Joann does a great job ensuring everything is fresh and up to date. However, her treatment of employees leaves much to be desired. I decided to leave because I felt overworked, with no breaks from 9 am to 7 pm. Joann primarily sits at her computer and gives nonstop orders, which leads to employee exploitation. I truly enjoyed working at Cookit, but her management style is unprofessional, and it made me really sad to leave. Her demands and exploitative practices were the main reasons for my departure. M.P.

I visited for the first time and ordered the Pickled Beet Salad and the Beef Tenderloin Bowl, hoping to have some leftovers! This is definitely the best spot for fresh, flavorful, and incredibly healthy meals. I'll definitely be returning!

The first time I came here it was pretty good, I had no problems, what I got was delicious! But the second time I came in was kind of unprofessional. I came in to order something for lunch and tried to pay but their system wasn't working. So, they told me to pay online instead for an alternative way to pay. I went to pay online and the price went up over a dollar because of the online fees. A lady that was helping me out tried to ask the owner (i'm guessing she is the owner) if we could do something about me paying the extra fee, and she said there's nothing we can do about it. They could've gave me an online discount code, or a coupon for the next time I come in for the inconvenience, but they did none of that. I had to pay extra because their register was not working. I'm not coming in here again if that's how they resolve issues when it wasn't the customers fault.But, I'm very appreciative of the person that was checking me out. She tried to help and figure out the situation and tried to make solutions for me, unlike the owner.

I’ve ordered from here swveral times now and it never disappoints. Super fast, great service, healthy meals and always delicious. ??
