Enzian Theater - Maitland

06 27 2023 9:15pm Awesome place! Different and unique! I would recommend going there. The only reason I’m giving 4 not 5 stars it’s because after the movie we decided to seat, drink and eat something outside, we sat by the fountain and the waitress service was very rude. She’s wouldn’t guide us thru the menu when we were trying to find the side dishes, she would say read the menu it’s on there.. : that was odd. Overall she was very unfriendly (I’m sure you would get a lot more tips if you just act friendlier). That’s just in case they care and want to improve. Everything else was great

Nice place, but we looked forward to ordering burgers while we watched the movie. They have them but you can't eat them inside! We would have to go outside and wait in the heat until they are done because they won't even bring them in. Not good customer service in my option. Also, you can only have beer and wine inside if they aren't sold out, which ours were.

Really bad experience from a food service standpoint, my wife ordered a chicken Cesar Salad. After a few bites, it was apparent the salad in particular was not very good. Upon further investigation it was apparent that the lettuce was wilted and turning brown. When she complained to the waitress, the waitress offered to bring her another dish, which she did. When the bill came we were surprised that the chicken salad was still on the bill. She said she would check with the assistant manager, we were shocked when the assistant manager refused to take it off the bill. Her explanation was that my wife has started to eat and most of the chicken was gone. Yes because the rest of the salad was inedible and she ordered a Cesar salad that was going bad. I never heard of any eatery refusing to take a bad meal off the check. She ordered something else and of course we would pay for it. Horrible customer service and the they just lost two patrons for life over a lousy $16 salad. Amazing!

I 've loved the Enzian for decades but this was my first uncomfortable brunch experience. The portions were easily shareable and the food was pretty good. Purchase your tickets online or at the box office prior to getting in line. I suggest going with a partner so you can have one person in line while the other takes advantage of some of Eden bars specials. Definitely a must do.

Do yourself a favor and get the chicken tenders!!! They are the best I've had in a long time!! Sitting outside at the bar was a great experience!
