I just tried JJs for the first time, and it was amazing! The chicken Caesar wrap was the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it—10/10!

I took away a star because the greeting I received wasn't as warm as I expected from a place where I'm spending my money. The young man at the counter was expressive, but it's surprising how much an employee's attitude can affect the atmosphere of a sandwich shop. The manager should really emphasize that a smile can encourage customers to return. It's a bit disappointing to see that the staff seemed unhappy. Hopefully, some changes in the environment will help improve their mood.

I assumed a sub shop would allow you to customize your order with toppings, as I have always ordered the same sub in the past without any issues. I would have happily paid extra or altered my order if needed, but I felt that asking a simple question shouldn't have led to such unprofessional behavior. Having worked in the industry for a long time, I understand that it can be stressful and customers can sometimes be rude, but that was not the case here. This level of disrespect is simply unacceptable.

Fantastic service and a wonderful atmosphere, with options to dine indoors or outdoors. The bathrooms are spotless, and the food is top-notch. I'm a huge fan!

Clean place and clean bathrooms. Friendly staff and solid food. Hard working staff that dealt with a trouble customer very professionally. Thanks jimmy johns! So good.
