Trufa Pasta Bar - Makati

The pasta is good for the price point. I like how you were able to choose the sauce, pasta and toppings. My only comment though is i ordered the trufa with grilled chicken and ended up removing the chicken because i think it was too salty. I may have not ordered the best topping for the sauce but nobody likes super salty chicken even on its own.

I'm generally not a pasta lover but I love truffle. We ordered truffle pasta and the croquetas de chorizo and it was sooooo good! I love the fact that we can choose which kind of pasta on a certain salsa we would like to have - i think that's cool! I'd comeback here and order their trufa pasta - again. Ambiance is good, service is good, overall - I liked it here. A good place to catch up with a friend.

Place - simple (i'm a minimalist so i appreciate the simplicity) food - 4 money - 3 It's the place across Yardstick! This is the first place i got to try the truffle sauce. Hahaha It was not supposed to be a good experience since this is the place i got dumped by my girlfriend (thanks to the pasta we gave the relationship another try) but the trufa sauce was to die for. Since you choose your pasta, sauce and toppings, and the name of the place is Trufa, go for the trufa sauce! The Asiatica salad tastes delicious! The Pastel de chocolate is not something you would remember.
