Írjon visszajelzéstA place loved by locals and then caught fame and is now also visited by tourists. Yummy Cockles and Shell Delikatessen, Rojak and Fishball Taukee were also delicious. Service is immediately and place is much cleaner. Just reason I kidnapped a star are the oysters, they were juicy and fat, but completely tasteless. It's like a **** like I expected it to be fresh. If the oysters were good, then all five stars!
First time here. Seafood not bad. Can taste the freshness. Portion and price also decent. Finally got to sit on a low table and wooden stool to bring me back to the olden days eating style. Cleanliness can be improved of course. But you can’t expect much when you’re dining at a back alley. Side tip: the fried oyster from the first stall at the alley entrance is really good and tasty. Do give it a try!
Located in a small alley. Capitol is the biggest, brightest and cleanest stall here. The owner is a friendly guy. I opted to sit from in front of the kitchen bar counter to see the food preparation process. It started pouring heavily while we were eating and they started extending the automated shades! Price is affordable too.
Unique dining experience for shellfish. Oysters were fresh and you can’t ask for more when it is only RM4 each. Cockles were cooked perfectly and goes really well with their dipping sauce. Their tofu rojak is a must try as it combines fried fritters and sweet savoury sauce topped with crushed peanuts. Good place for a light meal as the portions are small.
3rd generation street stall. Sauce is quite nice but overall, dishes are over rated. Medium size siham is quite small and some are ‘rotten’. Forget about the rolled cuttlefish. You Tiao is over-fried. But the experience eating on the street with low table and chair was interesting. Peddlers around trying to sell their stuff.
