100 Montaditos Alcazabilla - Málaga

New territory for me to which is obviously a go to choice for many people. Having arrived in Malaga around lunch time wanted to sit in sun with coffee at what I suppose is like a Spanish equivalent of whetherspoons coffee became light lunch choosing from roll/ tapas options which were only 1 Euro each. They were out of white wine so we’re ‘forced’ to have red( did not need much persuading for me). It was very good. No waitress service,done with a buzz system. A bit of a queue to order and for the one toilet. Great value for a cheap and cheerful snack in central location near the the fort. Great lively international buzz sitting in sun with people of all ages. Would use again.

The Wetherspoons of Spain. Cheap beer and food. Can’t fault it. Does need some napkins on tables to soak up beer.

Endemic throughout Spain Cerveceria 100 Montaditos are a great chain of taverns I always drop into on any trip to Spain I take,this one in Malaga was a particularly good one. Interior is superb ,great decor and furnishings,a cool looking serving bar photos of old Malaga adorn the walls and there's plenty of seating both inside and outside. We ordered a cider each and some sandwiches ,service was quick at the counter ,a slightly longer wait for the sandwiches ,we grabbed a table outside were we soaked up the sun while sipping our ciders and munching on our snacks. Cider was amazing and sandwiches were fab ,great value for money also,this outlet along with all the other Cerveceria 100 Montaditos is extremely popular ,hardly surprising really. We really enjoyed our ciders in here and our snacks before we moved on and for a first time visit to this particular Cerveceria 100 Mondaditos we had a great time. This Cerveceria 100 Montaditos is easy to locate along Calle Alcazabilla. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday ,midday till 11pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Very good runners. on Wednesdays and Sundays all to €. a good plan for the cinema exit.
