This is literally the worst Dunkin on the block and consistently get my orders wrong and o er charge me (drive thru). Go to the one on eastern ave or any other one

Hello, today I went as usual to place my order and a useless man treated me like an animal when I arrived at the window I only asked a question about the hash brown that it did come with jalapeño and he told me that you can't talk at the window let me tell you what The customer always has the right to what he is going to buy and that guy, I don't know what his name is, but here Anthony showed up, tell him to have more education to receive his customer, that this is a lack of respect, treating customers like animals, and more I'm going every day

Honestly if i could give this place a zero i would: i dread coming to this dunkins all the time but when my family wants something from there the closest option is them. every time i go there the staff is rude or nice. most of the time they’re rude. not only that but when i get a frozen chai, i know all dunkins make frozen chais. this place tells me they don’t make that knowing that they gave me one the last time i was there. it’s my fault for giving this place my money and i know not to do it again. sorry if this was long i just have something against this place now lol.

Employees where great food was great but the coffee was super watery.
