Bui Sushi - Malibu

This is a fantastic family-friendly restaurant that offers fresh and innovative sushi dishes. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable on a chilly night. I really enjoyed the sushi burritos topped with salsa and jalapeños—definitely not something you find at most sushi spots! They even treated us to a few complimentary dishes to make up for some minor service delays.

Our server, Holden, was not only incredibly funny and charming, but he also maintained his excellent service throughout the entire evening. Thank you, Holden, for making our time at Bui Sushi so enjoyable! Keep in mind that depending on your choices, the bill can add up quickly. If you're ordering just one roll per person, the pricing is slightly above average, with rolls costing between $16 and $22. The sushi quality was excellent, though the rolls are a bit on the smaller side. And remember to always be kind and treat everyone well, wherever you go!

I've visited this restaurant twice and thoroughly enjoyed each experience. The sushi is both visually appealing and delicious, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. I will definitely keep coming back!

Wonderful place in Malibu. Lovely atmosphere. The carpaccio is to die for. Even the cooked food is great. Pick a few of the plates since they're a bit small.
