Amazon Go - Maltkiln Lane

Really cool. Instructions were clear. Lots to choose from. Can't complain! Just as long as I can find the receipt to claim it back from work.

Oh where do I begin…Sure, the place is a great concept. However, our experience wasn’t even close to up to par. Me and my friend were in Seattle for a convention. Upon walking into the store, the lady asked if we needed help getting into the store. This sounds great on paper but the way she said it was really offputting. She walked up to us and heavily sighed, acting like she didn’t even want to be there. She was extremely unhelpful and cold to us. We tried to originally use the Amazon app for payment but she was extremely sarcastic and rude when giving directions. Don’t make a mistake around her because she acts like that one driving instructor no one wants. We finally decided to just put a card into the machine because we’d had enough of her “hospitality”. Already an awful start. The store is clean and semi well stocked so I’ll give it that. That’s all I will give it though because I grabbed a Sunkist and after opening it, I discovered it was flat. That happens and I understood. I found an employee and asked if I could switch it out for another one. He said that was fine and we wouldn’t be charged for it. I got a fountain orange soda instead which was far better. We left the store and then after checking the receipt an hour later, discovered that we were charged for the flat orange soda which if you recall, was supposed to be taken off the receipt. We got a refund on it through Amazon but that isn’t the point. If I have to go into this store again for something I will be upset over it but I will still go because it’s clean. Just don’t talk to anyone because the employees aren’t nice.

Excellent store love the technology. I just get in, buy what I need and walk out. Its marvelous. Great quality products too

Aggressive and rude Amazon go employee, instead of customer obsession it was customer aggression. Your only job is to help the customer with the technology and if there seems to be a problem rather than yelling or rudely barking, maybe be kind and have patience. It’s your job, your only job!

Popped into this tiny Amazon Go Store and it's pretty cool! Two aisles packed with snacks, drinks and some solid hot food options like falafel and breakfast burritos. Plus, they've got coffee! It's not your full-blown grocery stop, but for a quick grab-and-go? Spot on
