Írjon visszajelzéstI had really really high expectations for this place after so many people telling me that this was the only good pizza spot in Seattle. Maybe that messed up my perspective a little, but I still think that this was some pretty good pizza. There's pretty much always a long line out the door, and getting a table inside will cost you quite a lot of time. We wanted to dine in but after seeing the crowd and the delay in getting orders out, we opted for takeout instead. In total, we probably waited around 25 30 minutes outside before ordering, and an additional 30 minutes to get our pizza.Their menu is quite limited which I appreciate, and we got the pepperoni and peppers pizza. These pizzas are large, but also very thin hence the NY style. The crust itself was the perfect texture thin and crispy on the bottom to hold all the toppings firmly. It was topped with little pepperonis, sweet chopped peppers, and additional sprinklings. I did feel like there was a little something lacking flavor wise, though I couldn't exactly pinpoint what it was. The flavor of the crust also wasn't entirely up there either. For what it's worth, I will say that this is still really good pizza, especially for an area like Seattle. Service is also really friendly which is always a plus. However, if you're expecting something mindblowing or comparable to New York, you probably won't find that here.
Pizza is the queen here but don't sleep on the appetizers and desserts. The staff are very nice and attentive and the restaurant is nice and cozy, however, it is small so plan ahead. They do offer take out.
Such a fun spot!!! i would definitely come again, it seems their pizza flavors rotate, which i love!i recommend coming before or at opening. when we got there around 5:15pm on a friday night, there was a line out the door and onto the sidewalk. there were maybe 15-20 people ahead of us and we waited 20-25 min and luckily snagged the last two counter seats. it's prob better to come with 4 or fewer people, unless you wanna sit outside or wait longer. also! pizza sells out pretty quick, by 6:45pm pizzas were sold out! the restaurant itself is pretty small and cozy, theres a few counter seats, a few tables in the back, and a few tables outside. and it's pretty loud but good vibes.we ordered the burnt potatoes, and it was AMAZING! the potatoes were crispy and seasoned so well, and the dip/sauce they served it with was fantastic, it got me dipping my pizza crust in there too. we also got the pepperoni and sausage pizza, both were so good! toppings were generous and fun! the pepperoni is more on the sweet side because of the mama's peppers, and the sausage one had pickled peppers that offered a nice tangy flavor that i really enjoyed. the crust is thin and perfectly crisp. would come again and again!
Top tier pizza. IMO best in Seattle. Eat here. Insane potatoes too!
Super cute place with great service! Nestled a little bit away from the heart of Capitol Hill, Blotto is a super small but homey pizza shop. With that being said, there is limited seating and a rather small kitchen. I would recommend to go earlier to beat the line as I maybe waited 15-20 minutes for my pizza. As I left the line was wrapping inside the store and packed since it was around 5:30pm on a Thursday. For the pizza itself: it has a really great, thin crispy crust but in my opinion is lacking on the toppings. I would say you have to at least try it once as it's the closest to NYC pizza in Seattle.
