I started with the Iceberg Wedge salad, and it was fantastic. The lettuce was crisp and fresh, complemented by generous amounts of diced tomatoes, applewood bacon, and sweet peppadews. The homemade blue cheese dressing was silky smooth and packed with flavor. This was one of the most appetizing and visually appealing salads I’ve had in a long time. However, the highlight of the meal was my entree: the broiled salmon with honey and chili, served alongside delightful lime risotto and fresh grilled asparagus. The honey and chili sauce was phenomenal—one of the most flavorful seafood dishes I’ve ever tasted! My dining companion was equally impressed with her New Zealand lamb tenderloins, which she couldn’t stop raving about. Her dish included fontina risotto, sautéed mushrooms, grilled asparagus, and a mir poix marsala sauce, making it a standout as well. We concluded our meal with a slice of key lime pie accompanied by fresh raspberries and raspberry sauce. It was so delicious that not a crumb or drop was left on the plate! If there was one aspect that could use improvement, it was the service. It was unclear whether the staff was short-staffed or just disorganized, as the servers were covering the dining room, bar area, and outdoor seating all at once. However, I must commend our server, Mike, who was exceptional and handled everything like a true professional. I highly recommend this restaurant! Give it a try—you definitely won't be disappointed.

We used to visit this buffet before the pandemic, and it was fantastic. There was an impressive variety of delicious food. However, this was our first visit back after COVID, and it’s no longer the same. The main buffet area is greatly reduced in offerings. They used to feature a wide selection of cheeses and a generous spread, but now the options are minimal. The salad bar, which once had many choices, now only offers basic lettuce and a handful of toppings. For the price, it was quite disappointing. I wouldn't recommend spending your time or money here again. On a positive note, the service was excellent. The drinks were served quickly,
