My wife and I have it almost every day, and we have light snacks for lunch. Ask for Salsa on the page if you don't like spicy. Oso Omelette good choice and beautiful filling French toast tasted great, but it is a light meal, only 2 pieces pancakes filling, but not very good. A bit dry and hard, although one of our teenagers liked her and she got her every day. Mountainside Breakfast filling but simply ok. Sauces are big, but not delicious. You get a huge proportion of potatoes. Page of 2 eggs is for $7 and our children often have it. They open at 7 a.m., but the food comes only at 7:30 a.m. Sleep a bit and go around 7:20. You'll still be one of the first to get your food. The restaurant is independent of the resort, so no iconic pass discount.
We were making a trip down to Anaheim from Idaho and needed to stop somewhere for the night. We happened to choose mammoth mountain inn and while the accommodations were meh, the same should not be said about the bar and grill! The bartender (Heather) was phenomenal! The hospitality and charm she provides could only be described as southern hospitality at its finest. Marvin, if you read this do yourself a favor and do not let this one go. She's a crucial part to the pleasure we had while dining in. The food was astounding and definitely worth the price when considering portions. If you've got kids, they've got a kid friendly menu, it just isn't advertised. This meal was worth every penny and I'd gladly go again!
Zero choice for veggies and very bland, very disappointing considering the price. Save yourself frustration and eat down in the village (10 min drive very worth it) I politely told the waitress and she stuck up for the dish in question saying it was her favourite, I told her it was watery and bland, she said there is a new chef so it might be a little more ?juicy? than normal, which I found pretty hilarious, it?s definitely not a dish that calls for juice, it needed to be drained, I?m pretty sure if Gordon Ramsay was there he would have said ?I don?t know whether to eat it or swim in it? Paid full price, tipped, wasn?t happy, do not recommend.
The food is next level highly recommend the Cajun Trout pretty solid beer selection and the service is above and beyond. Great place for après ski to chill with friends and talk about the turns you took down a World Class Mountain.
Service was good and food came out in a reasonable amount time. The sandwich was not the best, it was well cooked but bland. The fries were coated in parmesan resulting in the fries being chalky and not good tasting. The stews were decent, the chili stew had not much heat and the clam chowder had too many potatoes. The sourdough bread the stew came in was good and it came out piping hot. The presentation was very nice looking. The lunch menu was very small but has some variety.
