I would rate this place a lot better if I literally did not see them throw these which I assume old bread right out the drive trough window????

Definitely understaffed. Food was fairly cold and they forgot one of my sides cause they had so little help. Seltzer comes out of the fountain drink machine when you press water.

I ordered a box with two sides at the drive-thru and specifically requested mashed potatoes and coleslaw. When I reached the window, I confirmed if the mashed potatoes were included, and she said yes. Since there was a car behind me, I drove forward, but when I checked the order, I found coleslaw and mac and cheese instead. I had to pull out onto a busy street, then return to the window to finally get what I had originally wanted. Overall, it was too expensive and not worth the hassle.

The service was satisfactory, but the fried chicken was occasionally reheated, making it too tough to bite into.

1. My order was incorrect; I asked for two mac and cheeses, but only received one, and my meal came without pickles. 2. The biscuits were burnt. 3. The Nashville tenders were supposed to be spicy but were overcooked and had sauce that was just slathered on without care. 4. The fries were mushy. 5. The person taking my order seemed more focused on the size of my order and had a negative attitude, while I was polite, saying please and thank you. I understand that everyone has tough days— I work two jobs myself— but if you're feeling that stressed, maybe it's time to ask your manager for help. I spent over $50, and the quality of service was lacking. I’m giving this experience 1 star because the Mountain Dew was decent. Thank you. A very unsatisfied customer.
