Krystal - Manchester

I was in my share of Krystal restaurants over the years and that's by far the cleanest thing I've ever been... actually this is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever seen. We went to the restaurant while an employee cleaned the door window, there was no garbage on the floor, all tables were clean with the chairs pushed. A flower vase was positioned in the middle of each table. The beverage and spice station was clean and well stored. The bathrooms were as clean as the rest of the restaurant... We were greeted at the front counter by a very nice employee who took our order and another equally pleasant employee brought it to us as soon as it was finished. While we ordered that we could look into the kitchen and noticed that it was as clean as the rest of the restaurant. The food was hot and tasteful. When we left, we noticed that even the parking lot was clean, no garbage everywhere and it looked like he had just been blurred. I have no idea who manages this Krystal, but you and your employees do a very good job. Go on. In my opinion, this Krystal puts the bar very high. We visited this Krystal last year when we brought our son to UTC, it was as clean as it is now. It is also nice to see that food quality is as good today as it was. Nice job, keep the great job.

My brother and I went through the drive thru, the employees were extremely nice. Food was hot and delicious! We went to the gas station next to it without realizing we forgot our chili cheese pups. Luckily, the young lady at the drive thru brought them over to us. I hope those employees find this because we can’t thank them enough for it. SiblingRoadTrip2022

Dracorey was incredibly friendly, professional, and just plain nice! The restaurant had a lovely decor and was exceptionally clean!

When it comes to quick food, I really love Krystal's. There's nothing better than grabbing a bag of cheese after a night out or picking up a quick meal for the family. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food you get.

On Thursday, June 2nd, my boss and I were craving cheeseburgers for lunch. She ordered hers with mayo, onions, and cheese, and I decided to go with the same toppings. She headed to the drive-thru in Manchester and came back with our meals. After we started eating, I realized I hadn’t tasted any cheese and asked her if she had ordered it with cheese. She called the restaurant to explain the situation to Robert. He assured her that he would make the burgers correctly and deliver them to us, although she insisted it wasn’t necessary. Less than ten minutes later, Robert came through the door with our correct order and told us to keep the original burgers and enjoy those as well. The amount of food was enough to feed four people! Thank you, Robert, for going above and beyond!
