Tgi Fridays - Manchester

In town for a couple days..ordered online for a timed pick up..only waited a few minutes. The staff were awesome about confirming we were getting the correct order...it was big...sorry. food turned out great. Mac and cheese is amazing as were the burgers. We will be back again next time we are in the area.

My enkelin and I had eaten on Friday for the first time. we had a drink, a very tasty appetizer and a delicious meal. our server was excellent, attentive, without floating. we will come back soon! park: I run with a crisp and we could park in a disabled room, just feet away from the door!

I order the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with avocado. This is the rotten avocado they put on my sandwich. Also as we were sitting there waiting for our food the staff were just all b about what was done and what wasn’t the night before. Definitely will never be returning. 0/10.

Food and drinks were very slow in coming, not all in party were served at same time. Server was amazing, very helpful, always updating on progress. Bucket of Bones was meh, cold, fries, cold and only like a McDonald's small fries. Deserts however were amazing, the Cinnebon cheesecake was worth the wait!Food: 3/5

I am not one to complain but this was the worst experience I have ever had. Had to wait to be seated. Took out server over 10 mins to come to the table then took another 5 to ten just to bring our drinks. Waited on chips and salsa for 15 mins before we got it. They chips were over cooked. Then took another 15 mins to get the appetizer. It was warm at best. Took another 30 mins to get the main meal. Ordered the faitija meal and asked for the steak medium and got well done. Another person asked for the table-tizer and it was warm at best. Got the excuse from the servicer was that there was a long wait for everything. When we got our check, ask if we could get anything off and was told since most of the food was aren there was nothing their manage would do. Will not be returning to here. Just not the serve that we are use to and if I could do negative stars, I would. Watched people walk out due to waiting so long for their food. Went to the restroom and the floors were sticky, there was a roll of TP on the counter. This location has gone down hill from what it use to be.
