Lal Qila - Manchester

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I found hair in my food and the service was extremely slow and poor. There were rats in the toilets, and when I complained to a staff member, they pushed me and told me to leave.

This restaurant serves vile and disgusting food that is undercooked and made me ill the next day. The food is dirty and awful, you would need to be extremely drunk to tolerate it. I will never be returning, I now remember why I hadn't been in over five years. Additionally, the customer service is also rude.

I went to pick up takeout on Saturday night at a small restaurant and there were 20 people inside, but nobody except myself was wearing a face mask.

Great food and experience. It's something not to be missed when you are in Manchester or North West of England. Their kabab roll is fab. I must recommend it.
