Persian Tasty Grill - Manchester

I have ordered food from this restaurant multiple times and it has always been good in the past. However, on this occasion, I ordered three kebabs with specific instructions to wrap everything separately (meat separately from Naan), along with salad, sauces, etc. I even called the restaurant to confirm this. Unfortunately, when the delivery arrived after an hour, the driver had to make another delivery on the way, everything was wrapped together. As a result, the kebabs were dry and cold, and the Naans were soggy and inedible.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty and fresh the food was. I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.

Kebabs were good but chips and rings were over cooked

The food was mediocre at best and the restaurant missed out one of the items on the menu. I called back to ask for the item. But later upon tasting the food at present, I felt the food was lacking and the humous was watered down and tasteless, I'm not sure if that's the Persian way or that they intended to make the humous watery. We was hungry and ate what we had. I then contacted the restaurant to cancel the missing item and just get a refund. But was told by the staff they couldn't do it on their behalf. So I just contacted just eat instead.

We usually love this place but was really disappointed. Food cold and one of the kebabs was wrong.
